How to install kedai on your device
Three installation paths
Android APK (direct download), iOS browser (no app store), and web (all devices). Each method accesses the same kedai account and payment system.
-
Download the APK or open your browser
Android users tap the download link; iOS users visit our web address in Safari or Chrome. Both receive a shortcut to add to your home screen.
-
Enable installation from unknown sources (Android only)
Go to Settings → Security and toggle "Allow installation from unknown sources." This is required for APK files outside the Google Play Store.
-
Register your account on kedai
Enter your username, password, email, and phone number. Verify your email and phone via one-time codes. Upload a photo ID and address proof for KYC.
-
Deposit and start playing
Fund your kedai account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer. Your balance appears in seconds. Navigate to Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or live-dealer tables.
App vs. browser: strengths and trade-offs
Our kedai app caches your recent session, account details, and fixture lists, so Liga 1 odds load faster even on slow connections. Push notifications alert you to Piala AFF live events and withdrawal status changes without opening the browser each time. The app also stores your two-factor authentication state, reducing login friction. Browser access requires a fresh connection every session but works on any device without installation steps. Both paths use the same encrypted payment gateway, KYC verification, and account security protocols.
Device compatibility and system requirements
We support Android 7 and later on phones and tablets. iOS users need Safari or Chrome on iOS 12 or later. The kedai app requires 50 MB of free storage and a stable internet connection. On older devices, web access via browser is the simpler option. We test our platform on devices used across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan to ensure broad compatibility.
Common installation issues and solutions
If the APK download stalls, check your internet speed and free storage. Some Android devices block APK installations by default; enable "Unknown sources" in Settings → Security. Antivirus apps may flag the APK file as unverified. Our APK is signed and verified by kedai; you can safely allow installation. If you see a certificate warning on iOS, it indicates your browser is not trusting our SSL certificate. Update iOS to the latest version or switch to a different browser. Contact our support team if the issue persists after these steps.
Data, permissions, and account security
The kedai app requests permissions for device storage (to cache session data), location (to verify jurisdiction compliance), and notifications (for live updates). We encrypt all transmitted data using TLS 1.3. Your password is never stored on your device; authentication tokens expire after 24 hours. Two-factor authentication via SMS or email adds a second verification step before login. If you lose your phone, your account remains secure because login requires both your password and a fresh code. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within standard processing windows to confirm your identity and account status before funds leave our platform.
