How BandarQ works on kedai
BandarQ is a four-card banking game. Each player receives four cards and compares their hand against the banker's four cards. The hand ranking follows a fixed hierarchy: natural nine (two cards totalling nine) beats all others, then eight, then seven, and so on. If your hand beats the banker's, you win even money on your stake. If the banker's hand wins, you lose your stake. Ties result in a push (no win or loss).
On kedai, we host BandarQ tables with multiple stake levels. You choose your table based on the minimum and maximum bet that suits your session. Each table runs continuously, with new rounds dealt every 30–45 seconds. You can join mid-session or wait for the next round to begin. Our dealers are trained to manage the game flow and answer rule questions in English.
The game itself is fast-paced. You place your bet, receive your four cards face-down, and decide whether to stand or draw additional cards (in some BandarQ variants). Once all players have acted, the banker reveals their hand, and the round settles. Winning bets are paid immediately; losing bets are collected. Your account balance updates in real time.
Payment flow: DANAe-walletand mobile banking virtual accounts
We've designed our payment system so that your BandarQ session connects seamlessly to your deposit and withdrawal options. When you fund your kedai account, you choose from local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or a virtual account number from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment. Each method has a different settlement window, but all are processed through our secure payment layer.
Virtual accounts are unique to your profile
When you open a kedai account, we assign you a dedicated e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment virtual account number. Use this number to transfer funds from your personal bank account. Our system recognises the transfer and credits your kedai balance within the bank's standard processing window.
E-wallet deposits (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) settle faster than bank transfers. mobile banking is a unified QR code standard that works across multiple banks and e-wallets, so you can scan a single code and pay from your preferred method. All three approaches—e-wallet, local payment, and virtual account—feed the same kedai balance, which you then use to play BandarQ or any other game on our platform.
Withdrawals follow the reverse path. You request a withdrawal to your registered payment method, and we process it subject to our standard verification window. Large withdrawals may require proof of identity (KYC) before we release funds. This is a compliance step, not a delay tactic; we aim to protect both your account and our platform's integrity.
Account verification and withdrawal review
Before you can withdraw from kedai, we ask for basic identity verification. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a photo of your ID card (KTP, passport, or driver's licence). We use this information to confirm that the account holder matches the withdrawal recipient. This step is mandatory in supported jurisdictions and helps us comply with local anti-money-laundering rules.
Once your identity is verified, you can withdraw up to your account balance. We do not impose artificial withdrawal limits or processing fees; the only cost is any fee your bank or e-wallet provider charges for the incoming transfer. Our system processes withdrawals within one business day, subject to your payment method's settlement time. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days; e-wallet transfers often settle within hours.
If you play BandarQ during high-traffic periods (e.g. during Liga 1 matches or around Idul Fitri), your withdrawal request may queue behind others. We prioritise requests in the order they arrive, so there is no advantage to requesting a withdrawal during peak hours. We recommend withdrawing during off-peak times if you need funds urgently.
Strategy and bankroll management
BandarQ is a game of chance, not skill. The outcome of each hand is determined by the cards dealt, and no strategy can guarantee a win. However, we encourage players to manage their bankroll responsibly. Set a session budget before you sit down at a table, and stick to it. If you reach your budget limit, step away from the game.
Our platform does not offer deposit bonuses tied to BandarQ play, nor do we guarantee any return on your stakes. Each hand is independent; past results do not influence future outcomes. We recommend treating BandarQ as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Customer support and account help
If you have questions about BandarQ rules, payment methods, or account verification, our English-language support team is available to help. You can reach us through the contact form on kedai, and we aim to respond within one business day. For urgent issues (e.g. a payment that did not arrive), we recommend contacting us during business hours so we can investigate immediately.
We also maintain a FAQ section covering common topics: how to deposit via online payment or e-wallet, how to verify your identity, how to request a withdrawal, and how BandarQ rules work. If your question is not answered in the FAQ, our support team will follow up with a detailed response.
